So last year my rp partner and I were getting very excited about playing out our OTP. When they finally got together, which involved one of them uprooting their life to be with the other, my partner suddenly jumped ship and broke them up. I’ve been trying to get them back together ever since and today finally worked up the courage to ask if she still shipped them, only to be told no in favour of a crackship, which I’m almost convinced is only a ship because she’s crushing on the faceclaim. It’s upsetting to know that what you’ve done with your character for quite a while is basically useless because there’s no chance of these characters ever being together.
