So… yea, I’m totally gonna victimize myself on this widely followed blog right now. Sorry in advance.
There was this one girl who got to know who I was irl on a chat, long story short I’m male. She then decided to make a collection of characters specifically designed to my preference in women with the obvious intention of being shipped with mine(so she could totes smut with a real life dude) but I didn’t want any of it. She even made fan art with both of our characters being lovey-dovey. When I wouldn’t fall head over heals for her characters I would get loads of anon hate. There was a significant age difference between the two of us, I’m well past legal age and she was about six years from reaching the borderline-age. I guess I should have anticipated the immaturity, and I guess she was just acting on emotions but I felt violated and like I wasn’t free to do what I wanted. Eventually I had enough of all the manipulation, I had to abandon my own roleplay group.
And I lie about my gender nowadays too.
